It was COOK IT TOKYO with guests from the US today.
We did mosaic sushi roll cooking in the morning and then went off to Ueno/Ginza area in the afternoon.
For their first attempt to make mosaic sushi roll, they did great work and we all had beautiful sushi rolls ! Tamagoyaki - Japanese egg omelet that goes to the center of sushi rolls is the tricky one but they managed to make one :-)
After the lunch was the tour around the area. Although it was cold, the weather was nice and we all enjoyed walking around the area to walk off our lunch ;-)
