I had a guest from HK today and we cooked tempura together.
She has been to Japan like 20 times (!) and she has done all the sightseeing and shopping and this time, she wanted to something different. Glad that she choose TOKYO KITCHEN ! As we took a short walk to the kitchen, she told me she barely cooks so I was a bit worried but after all, it went well :-) We made light and crispy tempura and 2 easy but tasty side dishes and now, time to dig in ! We talked about food in respective countries as we ate and I was impressed to find out she eats pretty much everything !
