A family from the U.S. came to my kitchen to learn tempura today. It was another brutally hot day today and a cooking class was a perfect way to spend the morning even though the kitchen got a little hot while we deep-fry tempura. We had a wonderful time cooking and dining together and I really enjoyed having them in my kitchen !
