Vegetarian gyoza class with guests from the UK today ! Even though there isn't any meat in it, it tastes as good and flavorful as normal gyoza thanks to some ingredients used instead of meat and the guests just LOVED it. We made eight gyoza per person and the first one was a bit flatter with less pleats but they improved remarkably as they went on and the last one was just perfect ! They were so sure that they are going to do the dishes back home.
