Tempura class with guests from the U.S. and New Zealand today ! It's a wet and chilly, dismal day today and was a perfect day to stay in and cook. We cooked up a storm and had a wonderful time dining and chatting. They are leaving tomorrow and here is what they said as I always hear from guests like them. "We should have done this earlier !"
