Another mosaic sushi rolls class with guests from South Africa and Switzerland today. They have never tried to cook Japanese food and it seemed everything, Japanese table manner, chopsticks etiquette, ingredients, preparations, was new to them. It was good that they came to the kitchen at the early stage of their itinerary in Japan ! We had a fun class cooking and dining together😋
