It was COOK IT TOKYO with guests from Australia and we cooked tempura together.
My tempura recipe is very simple, without using egg or soda, to make it as light as possible and I am glad they liked it :-) We all enjoyed cooking, eating and chatting in my kitchen. I hope they replicate the dishes back home !
And after the cooking session, we headed to the tour session. It's three hours tour and a nice way to look around and have a quick but condensed grasp of Ueno/Ginza area. We had great time walking busy Ameyoko market street, beautiful Imperial palace and the food floor of department store.
